i am having major issues with my sister comp she has an old school 939 setup and its not working right. when you turn on the comp the fans light up but thats it nothig else works. please help i beg of you.

Hi amd1982,

First, I recommend posting the specs of your sister's computer. Computer specs definitely help better troubleshoot computer issues. When was the last time the computer was able to work successfully? Check all cable connections and make sure nothing is loose.
