Ambit Model U10C018 Cable Modem issue.

How did you pole the modem logs? I would like to check this out also. I used to have the TWC modem that was Voip/cable modem in one and had it running for a year without issue. Then we needed to change the room that the Voip was in but leave the cable/internet in the existing location. So TW moved the old voip/sable modem to the new Voip location and plugged in a cicso that died after a week or so now I have this U10C018 modem an I am constantly having to cycle the power on it to get internet back.
