A lot of website is redirecting to a blank page or a page full of ads that says h t t p://id.domain-error.com.......

Websites including AskUbuntu, and even TSF sometimes. These websites doesn't seem to be subject to any kind of dns ban.

What is happening and how to fix it?

I'm on Linux Ubuntu 15.10. DSL broadband, using ISP's DNS.

Alright. So it mainly suggest to change the DNS to Google DNS. My modem has space for 3 manual DNS and it's not saving the settings without a third one. What is the 3rd DNS?

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
208.67.222.222

(The first two are Google's free DNS servers and the third is one of OpenDNS' free DNS servers).
