Lately, I've been having this issue whenever I press Alt + TAB, its starts like this
I'm playing a game let's say League of Legends or Rocket League and I have Discord on also, whenever I press Alt + TAB my ping in Discord jumps to 1000+ ms and when I Alt + TAB back to the game it becomes ridiculously lagging 4000ms and more and takes ages to decrease, and I don't know if the issue is occurring because of the AMD Radeon Software Anti Lag and some options I mostly don't know of and I would like some help, thank you.

My PC Specs:
Gigabyte B360M-HD3
Intel(R) i5-8400 2.80 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 460 (Sapphire) Graphics 2GB Low Profile
16 GB Ram

If you're running a resource intense game, this happens, the game in high settings nearing your hardware's max capability and the switch cannot happen as seamlessly. This would be true for other applications, primary bottlenecks would be CPU, GFX & RAM
