Allow blocked content problem

I have problem with IE7 on XP. Some sites have problems with certificates and a banner show up that some objects have been blocked. I click on allow blocked content, page refresh and this messege show up again. Everytime i click on allow it appears again. I installed IE8 beta 1 and it was thesame. Please help.

I have KIS 7.0 on a different computer with nearly the same configuration everything is ok.
