hi all
all of my videos and movie files etc doesnt matter what format have a green filter over them all the sudden like looking through night vision goggles but the audio and everything else is fine? also when i watch a video live on the net through my browser its not a green filter but normal?

I had this happen with Real Player and fixed it by doing a System Restore back to before I installed it and then reinstalling the product. Problem has gone.....

Go to the advanced settings for your video card and look at the overlay settings.

No graphics card does not change anything im so sure its a screwed codec install or sumthing but dont know which one and its through all media players not just one, for the firrst reply.
Any other ideas?

Uninstall all codecs (divx, xvid, ...) and third party media players, restart the computer, install vlc and see how it goes. This should rule out codec issues.
