Hi,
all my program icons now show as adobe files and when you try to open them they will try to open with adobe. The box is ticked to open files of this type (.exe) with adobe and I cannot remove it. I ran spyware and antivirus software and nothing was detected. I tried following a previous thread and it only made it worse. now the bottom task bar does not show up (I ran: taskkill /im explorer.exe /f).
Can you help or do I have to reinstall everything?

Thanks I was able to figure out how to do that, I had to start the program from windows explorer as the program menu items showed as adobe links and would open adobe reader.
