The reason your central section doesn't align is because you use a tables based layout. Which can't really be aligned, because you're aligning it by setting the width of the table cells. Aligning it as you say would take a complete re-write of the site.

Sorry,
Jamey
They look aligned to me.

Can you give us a better description which doesnt align up?
In the left hand cell there a graphic (c1.gif) with text to the right

All the .gif's are not in line

Cheers

Widen your browser to >900 ish and the central table hangs to the left. Fixed design aswell.
Sorry do not know how to widen browser

Fixed design what does this mean ??
sorry that was directed at carsey.

and fixed design: http://green-beast.com/blog/?p=199
basically if you had a fluid design your site would align but you have a tables based fixed design.
Im lost.

Can someone point out in a screenshot what I am looking for.

Yeah actually i'm confused now... Actually i think i've got what your problem is, in the "latest news" section the bullet points don't align? i think that's it anyway, i had a look at c1.gif and it's a bullet point pic. To stop this from happening change the span item to a list and it will align correctly, then if you still want the same bullet point you can use CSS to implement it.

Basically it should end up looking like:
Code:
<ul>
<li><a href="[i]link[/i]">Liason meeting</a></li>
<li><a href="[i]link[/i]">FAW awarded 5 star</a></li>
<!--etc//-->
</ul>
Cheers,
Jamey
