AIM sign on problems

I cant sign on aim. It goes to step 2 (verifying pass) and just stops. I cant sign on my roomates comp under my name, but he can sign on on mine under his name, so obviously its my name and not my connection. Any suggestions?

somehow your password got changed,
or worst, somebody hijacked your account and changed it.

Does it AIM has a "Reset Password" feature?
