We purchased a New Dimension 2400 Desktop on 8/18/03. We are already having problems. My 17 year old son uses AIM Instant Mes. He can receive a message but when he responds to the message it just sits on the screen. Then Error 3 comes up something about the server. Has anyone ever experienced this. Please reply in simple terms as I'm not very good with computers. Thank you.
