my lagg is bad and Im trying to get some help. Im running a Pentium4 2.4ghz, 1gig ram with a Gforce 5500, oh yeah XP. But anyway here's my log. Please tell me whats not supposed to be there.

I dont see anything in the way of malware but I do see that you are running two anti virus programs..Choose one and get rid of the other as two can slow things and cause conflicts.
