Hello, i couldnt find anything so i am making this post to ask a question that has been bugging me for some time now.

First of all.. Adobe support sucks -.-. My first though was to contact them immediately and report my problem to them, but after 10 minutes of browsing through help & support i couldn't find a similar topic or an email address.

To the Problem now

For 1 week now when i try to watch a video in youtube ( the first time i open my pc ) i get sound but i get no video and no progress bar. I cant enter adobe settings from the youtube right click menu, so i just go to any other site with flash and right click there settings->disable hardware acceleration.
then everything works fine until i turn my pc off. then foe some reason it just doesnt save the adobe settings and i have to do it again ( i know its not a big deal but its annoying).

I have Adobe 10,2,152,32 installed
and i am using Firefox 3.6.15

any help?

It has been 2 days without any response. Has any1 got any info or its a non-solvable problem (if those exist)?

Do you by any chance have the add-on No Flash? If so you need to disable it.

nope, no addons whatsoever on firefox.and the weird thing, it happens only on my laptop :sigh:. tell me if you need more details on my laptop

Knowing the specs on the computer always helps. Try going to Tools/Content and making sure Java script is enabled.
