HALP ! i get this message when i try to access my diplay thru control panel or screen

Your system adminstrator disabled the display control panel

What have my kids done now??

Check the registry setting by going to:
Start/Run/Regedit
Click each plus sign til you get to the last entry.
It should only read (default) (no value set) Anything else delete, just make sure you are in the correct place.
