Ok, here is the problem. I am unable to make any administrative changes on my PC even thou I am logged into an account that says it has administrative control. I have already tried creating a new administrative account under the original administrator account in safe mode and the new account has no administrative control either. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating I do not even have control over my printing settings.
