My friend tried, for the first time, to make a guest account on his laptop. Apparently when he did this he also accidently made his C drive unaccessable to anyone even himself. I've tried to shut off the security center, specically user account control, but that won't work. I can't even get onto the internet. The support is going to cost and I can't even garentee that they'll be able to help. Is there any other way to get this fixed without doing a full system restore?
