PC Specs?
Pre- Built Brand & Model Number
Custom Built- Brand & Model of Mobo-CPU-RAM-Graphics-PSU.
Are you experiencing heat issues? If so, it's doubtful case fans are going to resolve them.
Are you using the OEM Heatsink fan?
Many case fans use 4-pin molex connectors so you can connect them to the PSU.

specs
AMD FX-8120 8-Core 8x3.1GHz AM3+ 16MB cache 125 watt
MSI 760GM-E51 (FX) (760,AM3+,ATX,DDR3,AMD,EuP) motherboard
Samsung 1TB SATA II HD103SJ 7200 32mb F3 HDD
8GB (2x4GB) PC3-10666 1333Mhz DDR3 Kingston RAM
ATI Radeon 3000 with DVI, VGA & HDMI up to 512MB

i am not having heat issues yet
but because my motherboard only has one 4-pin molex and one 3-pin
it can't let the heat out it cools the processor with the same hot air over and over again

Other than the CPU cooler, you should have (at minimum) a 12 or 14 cm exhaust fan mounted on the upper rear of your case. Optionally, you can place another 12 cm fan (as intake) on the lower front. Power one using the 3-pin motherboard connector (labeled SYSFAN; the second direct from your power supply.

If you desire to have direct control of the fans' speeds, many models of discrete fan controllers are available.

If no heating issues are being experienced, you could try one 120mm fan in the rear of the case blowing out. To use the Mobo connector you will need a fan with a matching connector.
