What's the brand and model of your computer ?
What exactly did you do ? You right-clicked the display adapter in the device manager and clicked disable ?
Repeatedly press F8 while the computer starts. Can you access this advanced options menu ? Select "last known good configuration" and tell us how it goes. If last known good configuration doesn't work then select safe mode and reenable your video adapter.
If the motherboard has onboard video you may need to plug the monitor to the other vga port at the back of the computer. You may also need to enter the BIOS to select the onboard video output.
