[AMP1204]

I am signed in as the admin on my computer but it is not letting me access C:/ drive and it will not let me open any of the folders in documents b/c it says Im not signed in as Admin. How do I fix this?

WoW! That is not good! that last response will no help in regards to this.
Are you able to create a new user account through control panel? It might be a good idea to create a new user account and see if the issue persists. If it works than just delete that corrupt account.
