Hi

I have a just bought a new Acer Aspire 4810T laptop. It froze a while ago and after turning it off and on again the keyboard and the mouse pad are not working. When starting up the keyboard works when entering the set or using F2 key however after it starts up the keyboard and the mouse pad don't work.

Can someone help me on this?

hello
reboot your computer and after your bios has done its check, before windows begins to load, press F8 to access the advanced boot options. You can try to boot last known good configuration from there.
