Hello, i got an acer laptop for christmas. Today it started going slow and thensome windows thing popped up and it froze. later the screen started turning blue after it froze. i went to safe mode and deleted almsot everything ive downloaded on it. it helped very little. i can now open something up and do a little but then it freezes. i have to manually shut it off. ive manually shut it off about 12 times today.i need to no tho problem. ive done virus scans and no viruses.. its weird

First of all check to see how you're using your laptop, when you use it are you sitting you're laptop on your bed maybe it could be overheating...or maybe it has already over heated and you have burned out you're CPU fan. Let me know what is up and we will go from there...
