Hi. . .

Seems like a hardware issue; not sure.

How old is this system? I would strongly suggest that you return it for another otherwise you will end up with a system for the next few years that will be a giant headache for you.

There's no reason for a new system to act like this and your sanity will end up paying the price.

Take the system back to the store you bought it at or contact Acer Support -

EDIT: The only other thing that I can suggest is to boot with your Windows 10 DVD (if one came with the system or if you burned a set per the owner's manual instructions). You'll likely have to change the BIOS firing order so that booting from the DVD is first in line.
