Hello there, I need help!! I have an Acer 5720 with Windows Vista. It had been working fine. I was trying to go onto the internet and it would not open so I shut the computer off and restarted it. It try to do some repairs and kept freezing up during them. Now when I turn it on (by unplugging it and taking out the battery because it will not turn off any other way right now) I got an Acer screen for a few seconds and then it goes to a black screen with a blinking white cursor up at the top left corner of the screen. I have tried push control alt delete but nothing. I have push all kinds of buttons but get nothing! Not sure if it will ever work again but really need to try to get into it and save all my data!! Important business info in there and unfortunately it has not been backed up on a flash drive for way too long!! Please help me!!!!
