Hi
i appreciate your solutions and opinion in advance.

i have a network with 3 routers installed.

Router A: connected to internet directly with IP 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0

Router B: connected to Router A with static IP 192.168.1.127 and internal IP 192.168.7.1/255.255.255.0
and
my pc is attached to router B with static IP 192.168.7.100

Router C: connected to Router A with static IP 192.168.1.55 and internal IP 192.168.2.1/255.255.255.0
and
DVR is connected to router C with static IP 192.168.2.175

Problem is that i have to access DVR from my pc and both are on different IP segments. what router should be created between router B and router C to access DVR?

Thanks for article link. but there is slight problem.

Router A is provided by ISP and there is no option for static routing.

Whereas, router A and B have static routing feature.

any suggestion is welcome.

How about making router B and C switches.

Turn off DHCP on router B and C and let router A assign IP addresses. Connect router A to router B and C using lan port to lan port.

Edit: You may have to assign router B and C addresses in the router A subnet. You may also need cross over cables if the devices do not have the capability to automatically do crossover.

router B has different users and router C have different. due to free access to every workstation, it create problems if i use B and C as switch. due to different subnet, users remain seperated but only problem is of DVR as DVR needed to be accessible from all routers.

Okay look at this similar issue. If you assign static IPs to your PCs you can add a network address to your NIC.

windows - Access a host on the same LAN with different ip subnet settings - Server Fault
