I just got the Acer laptop that was on sale at Walmart recently for $348. It came with windows vista. My neighbors downstairs from me gave me their password for their wireless internet. Everytime I try to connect to their internet, I get an error message saying something like "Network settings aren't correct for this network. Password must be 5 or 13 digits". When I know that their password is 11 digits. My roommate uses their internet all the time, and that is the correct password. Is there a security setting somewhere that I need to change? I can connect to non-password protected internet accounts just fine.
