Hi everyone. I was hoping to get some help here since I am so confused on the "guts" of computers! First let me say I had trojans all over and such. I joined AVG free forum and followed their advice and it took a while but I got it all cleaned up. Problem is since I ran Spybot (i think this caused it?) and got it to remove "back web lite", I get this msg..
access violation at address 74E50B09

The fellow at AVG said this is a windows issue and he could not help me.

Also, I get this error...
Runner Error - Runner Error file name (Updates from HP.exe) lacks a '-' (the app id seperator).
I have no clue what it's talking about. Can anyone help?

Go to Start/Run and type in MSCONFIG and click OK. Click on startup tab and search the list for HP.exe if you find it untick the box on that line and click apply and OK. Computer will restart and will remove HP EXE from startup.

Thank you for the help but will that just stop the msg and not fix the problem?? And what about the other one..access violation at address 74E50B09? Any help on that one?
