Able to connect to network, but with limited access

A few weeks ago I finally installed wireless in my home. I am able to connect perfectly to my home network, but now I am unable to connect to a public network while not at home. Actually, I connect to the network, but with only limited access. The limited access is blocking me from the internet.

Any suggestions?
