Ok start with what I am trying to run
ABIT AL8 Mobo
GeFORCE6600v+ 512mb/DDR2 Graphics PCIe
Ultra 500w Power Supply
2g DDR2 SDRAM
PentiumD 2.8ghz processor

Just trying to get to the Bios for right now. I am seeing it post. Code 90 so it is moving from boot up into the bios or should.

Any suggestions. I have tried just about everything so far. Replaced 3 mobos so far. Replace PCIe Graphics for PCI no joy. And changed out Power supplies. Still no Bios. Have ran off cardboard as well if you were going to suggest that. Any help would be appreciated have been working on this for a month now. Due to shipping of new parts.

Thanks in advance.

I am on my new board...was using ASUS and have for years but their tech support was horrible sending me the same fix everytime and RMAing their boards with no response to what went wrong. Last thing I can think of would be the Processor but that is a cost I am not ready to eat yet. Everything else I can return and get a replacement without incuring charges but the Processor would be straight from me since I can't replace.
