Since I've performed the BIOS and Chipset updates with the last versions (BIOS v1013 & chipset(CK804) v6.65) I'm having these problems:

- The PC doesn't recognize the existence of a hardisk (the only one I have - SeaGate ST40810A) as Primary Master, while the ADSL Modem USB (IceData 500) is connected, which leads to the computer to ask for a boot disk. Everytime I want to turn on the computer, I have to unplug the ADSL Modem from the computer, so the hard disk can be recognized, and quickly plug it in before Windows XP starts to load, or it'll ask to reinstall the ADSL Modem drivers. Strange thing is that it doesn't happen with USB perepherals, as scanners, printers, external disks, pen drives...
- While on Windows, when I try to do the 'safely remove hardware' routine to the external disk (SAMSUNG MP04092H on a USB2.0 HD External Case), it give the following message: The 'generic volume' cannot be stopped now. Try again later.

Is there a way to solve these problems?
