New (to me, eBay purchase) mobo will not POST, will not even give an indication in the Power and HDD LEDs that anything is happening. The only indication power is being applied is the green board LED between the PCI slots. Have tried clearing CMOS several times and reversing polarity on power header. Any thoughts?
