A Strange Question...

Ok guys, Tech Support Forum has always been here when I've had computer-related questions in the past, so I thought that I would run this one by you guys.

I recently joined a gaming clan (yes, I play a lot of computer games) and as a test of skill, they sent me a coded message to try and crack. I have some ideas as to what it is... but I thought that I would ask everyone's oppinion on here first. So, if you get a chance, take a look at this and tell me if it looks like any programming language/encoding you have ever seen before.

Here's the code:

It's Base64.

Good jooldier, yoe'| pro|n your abilities and may now access the Special Ops forum with pass code A9.
I guess they encoded the first part incorrectly, because the decoding is definitely accurate. I think they were trying for "Good job, soldier. You've proven..."
Yeah, thanks for your help. I figured it out for myself at about 3:00 in the morning. Took forever, and when I finally realized what to do, it seemed so simple. Lol @ binary code.
