Hello everybody!

I don't remember exactly how I came across this forum, but I must say that I am really impressed! Its nice to know that you can go to a place such as this and get help from genuine people! There are soooooo many flamers out there on other forums that can't relate to the average user? :4-dontkno

My backround is desktop/network support. I work in a school district and come across problems like these that I see posted here on a daily basis and am more than happy to offer any help that I can!

The best advice that I can give to those that have issues is that you need to provide as much information as possible. Some helpful information would be:

1. What error messages are you getting, if any?

2. Did you install and hardware or software prior to the problem?

3. Did you update any drivers, firmware or software patches prior to the problem?

4. Is there any particular action you take that triggers the event?
