89 Ford Probe digital Dash Beeps & Speedometer Reads Wrong

Hello,
My 1989 Ford Probe is having some problems, there is a beeping noise from my dashboard that starts a few minutes after I start the car and the digital speedometer is reading wrong, it's about 20 MPH fast, when I am going 50mph I am really going 30mph. The digital display light that reads if any problems etc. is out, but I think it says stop-lamp out. Also where the temperature, miles, etc. are displayed, the light is out and keeps flashing 0000's.
I tried taking the battery off the terminal for 5 minutes, no luck. It looks like the fuses are ok except the ABS 60A is missing in the main fuse box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

could be a ground prob to the dash

if you do 50mph is it showing as 80

if it is it is showing speed in kph instead of mph

I believe that there is a scam from the Ford company on these digital clusters. I found out that they no longer make alot of the Ford Probe parts after market or through the dealer. I also need a cluster and the roofrail weatherstripping for the doors. My LX is still running strong after 22years on the road.
