I have 15 computers networked. I have one person that is having problems receiving email. When someone sends her an email. They receive a system administrator undeiverable. But she receives the email.
The error is #5.5.0 smtp:550 [suspend] mailbox currently suspended- please contact correspondent directly.
Can some one tell me how to fix this.

Are you hosting your own email in exchange or are you using an outside mail host?

I am hosting my email in exchange.
I want to thank you for the repsonce, but I found the problem.
I had the email forward to her blackberry thru an att account. That is where the problem was. I just found out she was not getting her emails on her blackbery which told me where to look. It was her Att account that was suspend.
