22hp kawasaki gas in oil

I have a John deere 300 rididig mower and gas is getting inthe oil. Spark plugs are black and fouled and won't start. What could be the problem?? Thanks !

Hi and welcome the forum :wave:

Your carb has a bad needle/seat. Clean or rebuild it. Clean or replace the plugs. Don't forget to change the oil as you don't want to run engine with real thinned down oil.
