2012 ford windstar frt brake not releasing

This van passenger front brake is sticking, this is what I have replaced brakes, caliber, master cylinder, rotors. And even blocked off that side and the problem moved to the drivers side. If you pull out the vacuum line to the booster behind the master cylinder the brake releases but soon as you step on peddle passenger side sticks again. Any help would be appreciated.

The issue appears to be the proportioning valve is not balancing the pressure to the front wheels. When you apply the brakes, pressure passes through the valve splitting the amount of pressure going to the wheels. Replace the valve it should solve the issue.

You should also check for:

Bent brake booster rod.
Brake booster vacuum leak.
Kinked brake hoses.
