i7 930 is updated / upgraded version of 920 and is cheaper.

Corsair 850 TX better and cheaper PSU

Everything else looks pretty good. I think the GPU is overkill and that no single component is worth $500, but in the end it's your money and your choice.
If you want a modular supply use the 850HX it's still cheaper and a better performer, either the TX or HX will power it fine.
