I cant seem to turn on the computer. the plug is in and the power in my house is on. But somehow, my computer won't turn on. maybe its the inside. Help please?

Will any other device ( lamp? . . radio?? ) work when connected to the wall plug?

other devices works, but when i press the start button, nothing happens.

Hi Vader,

I assume you are getting power to the computer, whats the history of the computer, did you just get it, did it crash then not start up again?

Just a simple thing to check, there is typically a primary power switch on the back on the computer, make sure that is flipped in the correct direction, then push the power button on the front again. It seems simple but it's easy to forget.

Not all power supplies do . . do any of the fans come on when you press the power button? Did you install or unnstall any hardware just prior to this happening?

i have one fan. i finally made it turn on! but something happened when the spark of the wires. it happened 2 times and my computer wont turn on.

it means that every time the spark happens, the computer shuts off

don't worry. it's working now.

but the screen doesn't show up when ever i turn it on. i have it plugin in the computer and the plug is in the wall.

Sounds like you have a wiring problem

Tell me what you have and how it is wired . . . where was it sparking? . . where are you?

forget about the sparking. is there a link about the wiring for any computer?

because all of the computers i've seen is almost the same wiring
