Well I dont really see any difference either then the slight overclock and the cheaper one comes with call of duty 4. And you can always use rivatunner to overclock.
Also make sure you have a quality 650w psu with 26a on the 12v rail and a pci-e 2.0 or 1.1 motherboard. Hafta say it because to many people try to get away without it.
