Well...more good news.

The same people that filed the lawsuit against DirectRevenue (which is pending) have set another target in their sites. That target is 180 Solutions!

I can only pray both these lawsuits make it to a jury trial. It could mean that the adware vendors are on "Borrowed Time" and if things pan out...it may mean an end to the deceptive business practices of these adware companies.

Now...if only the freeking FTC would get off there lazy butts!!

I wonder how people who have been victimized by 180 can get in on the class action. Could you imagine, if all of the Tech support sites referred their 180 victs to the class action, how many names could be added to the court documents!
