Thanks, but Adaptec thinks WinXP automatically supports the 1460D card.

Instead, 1460D won't run, XP thinks it is a "generic memory device" and I get a "Code 10" message."

It behaves as if it's the wrong driver or no driver.

I have now also installed the correct aspi driver from the adaptec website, but XP still doesn't correctly recognize the card, and the attached device does not operate either.
And of course, it's the device that's attached to the 1460D card that I'm really interested in...
