I have a 250 GB Seagate harddrive, and it only reads 127. I did the research, and you have to have at least SP1 installed for it to realize, and you must change some registry thing to 1.

I have SP2 installed, (didn't install SP1), and I downloaded this program from Maxtor called Big_Drive.exe or something, and it was suppose to change the file i the registry to 1, but after I restarted, it was still 127...

Any ideas what is wrong?

Sounds like the drive was partitioned and formatted before
the registry changes.
If there is nothing on the drive, remove the partition, create a new one for the
full size of the drive and format it.
It there is something on the drive, you can use something like partition magic to resize it.
