hello, all! i have had recent issues with my computer where i have been receiving error messages on chrome for lack of memory and also causing many programs to run slow or crash. when i go to the users tab of my task manager i see this
331559

this is puzzling because i do only have 1 user on my computer, atleast that i know of and can see, yet on my user only 53% of the memory is being used, whereas 1/3rd of my memory seems to be vanishing into thin air. in case you're wondering the two largest memory eaters on my user are chrome at 25% (which i could probably tune in some way), and the windows anti-malware service at 10%. any help would be appreciated as this has made it difficult to use my computer, thanks!
also when adding the memory used by my programs it is higher than shown on the user page but not as high as 86% i don't think.

Please post specs. Particularly RAM.

Open Settings > System > About
Look for the Device Specifications section.
You should see a line named "Installed RAM"—this will tell you how much you currently have. This will tell us if all your RAM is being recognized by Windows.

Here's what I see when I do that.

The screen shot of Task Manager gives it away, it's clearly Microsoft Windows.
