can anyone please help me....

I know nothing at all about computers but mine is taking so long to load and when it reaches the screen which says user it just comes up with the above message...

I cannot appear to change anything as it wont go any further and im at a loss as to what to do....

If anyone is patiernt enough to help me then i would be grateful, id so please put it in simple terms or i wont have a clue

At the very top of that error window, is there a program mentioned?
