In details, I have right clicked the E:\ drive icon, then clicked on Security, then to Edit, then to Administrators, pressed Deny and Apply (so dumb, I know. But I really don't know why would this option exist). Any possible way of fixing this, I have important files there. Huge thanks!!!
Okay, this issue started a couple of months ago. As the title suggests, any time I move my (wired) mouse when playing games, I get huge stuttering, sometimes the game freezes completely as long as the mouse is being moved.
Things I have tried:
Update mouse and USB drivers via Device Manager...
“Win + R”, the run dialog will open so just type “notepad” on the open field and then press “Enter”.
