EDIT: I edit this whole topic and renamed it, because the topic was based on a mistake of me. I wanted to make Windows Explorer to change a folder to "Read-only", which is impossible. (Only applies to files in folder) - it is literally written exactly beside the option..... Sorry for my mistake...
