    MS Word recently would open some files on my laptop but not others. When I clicked on a file from File Explorer, the black CMD window opened very briefly and then closed I thought it was a cache or 365 or cloud sync problem or a "need to repair" but it wasn't. I saved a file in .doc (old Word)...
