    On a 2012 PC I have, since 2021 I get the 4 long beeps even with a fresh working stick of RAM in, using a GPU, no output nothing, it is able to power devices like SSD's and USB Sticks but thats it. It can read DVDs/CDs but it does nothing with them since it has nothing to do with them
