I decided to share my passion with you disc golf. I play disc golf three moths and its really cool way to relax and stay in good shape. Disc golf involves a good deal of movement, and as you get moving, you get your heart pumping and all of that blood and oxygen makes it’s way to the brain. That is good for you both physically and mentally. This exercise also increases growth factors making it easier for your brain to develop new neural connectors.
