On post say's to attach the "Attach" zip report and another says don't attach anything without being asked. Will someone tell me if I did it wrong or will I just be ignored? Do I have to wait 72 hours before finding out if I'm being ignored because I did it wrong? I don't want to post this to my thread for fear I will have 2 posts and then be ignored. New at this sorry.

Hello dlogan20 & welcome to TSF
Just attach the logs as instructed in the Spyware 1st Steps page in my signature. Don't worry, you will not be ignored. The Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help forum is a very busy forum, that's why a 72 hour wait period has been placed. You will get help before this time. If not, just *bump* the thread to the top. You're in safe hands! Stay safe!
Cheers!
