Hello there,

Just wondering if you are able to move a post you made to another forum. If so how ?

I made a post yesterday and have not had a reply yet so I was thinking it may not be that relevant to the forum I posted it in.

Cheers!

Only moderators and managers have the ability to move posts. Can I ask where your thread is located, and where you think it should be moved?

Thanks for your reply !

It's in the 'Networking' section under 'File and Application Sharing' and I'm thinking it may be more of a 'General Computer Security' issue.

Many thanks,

Em

Whoops...

The post is called = Unknown Network Folder 'i' administrator denied access to take ownership !! ***

Hi

Just like to say that all the staff are here in their free time, so you'll have to bear with us to get to your post and reply in time. We normally suggest waiting 48 hours before bumping your post.

Your best bet would be to drop 2xg a PM as JW is currently on leave

Network forum is doing the best it can do, but it is backed up. 2xg and the others are doing the best they can. It has not even been 24 hours yet.

Remember every body here is volunteer and work when they can. We all try to work the
oldest post first.
